They’re pulling down the wallpaper of this OccupyHouse, but it’s still standing. Last night’s PBS NewsHour brought Occupy lawyer Daniel Alterman in conversation with James Copland, of the Manhattan Institute to discuss the NY courts decision to bar camping at Zuccotti Park. This conversation illustrates that the legal disagreement between the two sides (there can’t just be two) is surfacing from a difference in interpretation of the First Amendment.
